decodingSettings: The decoding settings that should be used for decoding of page image.
imageLoadingProgress: Delegate of the image loading progress. Can be set to null (Nothing in Visual Basic).

The image associated with this PngPage object if image was loaded successfully; null if image loading was canceled.
